Responsibilities


  • Identify and target potential clients in the private debt space through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's presence in the private debt market.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and product offerings to effectively communicate the value proposition of our private debt solutions to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their financial needs and concerns while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing and field sales teams, to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to client engagement.


Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in lead generation and business development, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools, including outreach through email and social media.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools.
  • Good experience and understanding of the UK, EU & APAC markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and develop effective deal origination strategies.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
