Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer AEM Developer to become a part of our digital development team. This opportunity is perfect for an individual with in-depth knowledge in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and a solid foundation in both frontend and backend technologies. As the technical leader, your role will involve guiding the development team, defining architecture, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-performance digital experiences. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading the architecture, design, and development of robust AEM-based web applications. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as UI/UX, DevOps, QA, and Product Managers. - Mentoring junior developers and advocating for best coding practices and design patterns. In the realm of AEM development, you will be tasked with: - Developing and maintaining AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. - Configuring and managing AEM Author and Publish instances. - Customizing and extending Out of the Box (OOTB) AEM features using Sling, JCR, and OSGi. Furthermore, your expertise in Full Stack Engineering will involve: - Creating responsive and accessible UIs with modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue. - Implementing secure and scalable APIs and services using Java, Spring Boot, or Node.js. - Integrating AEM with third-party services such as analytics, marketing tools, and CRMs. You will also be responsible for: - Defining and managing build pipelines, version control, and release management with tools like Jenkins, Git, and Docker. - Ensuring code quality through unit tests, code reviews, and automated testing frameworks. - Owning technical delivery from estimation to deployment and collaborating in Agile/Scrum teams to deliver projects on-time and within scope. Your technical skills and tools expertise should encompass Adobe Experience Manager 6.x, AEM Core Components, Sightly/HTL, Sling Models, OSGi, JCR, CRXDE Lite, Dispatcher configuration, AEM security best practices, Java, J2EE, Spring/Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, Microservices, Maven/Gradle build tools, HTML5, CSS3, SASS/LESS, JavaScript, ES6+, TypeScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js, Webpack, Babel, NPM/Yarn, cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP, and integration with Adobe Analytics, Target, Campaign, and other Adobe Marketing Cloud products. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, possess 7+ years of full stack development experience with at least 3+ years working with AEM, demonstrate proven experience leading technical teams and delivering enterprise-grade applications, exhibit strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills, and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred certifications include Adobe Certified Expert AEM Sites Developer or Architect and AWS/Azure Cloud Certification, which are optional but advantageous.,
