Lead Full Stack Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Lead Full Stack Engineer with 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing consumer-facing applications and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern app development frameworks.

• Design and develop scalable, efficient, and reliable full-stack web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality codebases using best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on architecture and design patterns.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality.

• Strong understanding of full-stack web architecture and API services.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern app development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Next.js.
• Experience with PHP-based applications is an added advantage.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Education: BE BTech, ME MTech, BCA, MCA.
