Lead Full Stack Developer

As a Full Stack Technical Lead at Linarc in Chennai, you will be part of a revolutionary team shaping the future of the construction industry. In this role, you will be responsible for building highly scalable and responsive multi-browser web applications. Your duties will include mentoring, training, and managing a team of full stack developers, collaborating with the design team to convert designs into component-based modules, working with the API team to develop scalable backend code, and setting up CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment across various environments. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 9 years of experience in building scalable web applications. Your expertise should include front-end JavaScript experience in asynchronous coding, preferably in VueJs or ReactJs, and familiarity with the Vue.js or React ecosystem. Additionally, you should have backend experience in Python/Django ORM, Postgres or other relational databases, MongoDB, and Firebase. Proficiency in writing efficient, secure, well-documented, and clean JavaScript code, as well as experience with designing and consuming RESTful APIs, is essential. You should also possess expertise in AWS infrastructure, GIT, CI/CD Pipelines, and unit testing. Knowledge of agile methodologies, sprint methodology, and tools like GitLab, YouTrack, and Slack is required. Experience in cloud architecture, SaaS models, and the ability to work in an early-stage startup environment are also important. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong ownership of work, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively. Excellent communication, teamwork skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven approach to decision-making are crucial. Educational qualifications include an Engineering Degree or advanced degrees in Physics or Mathematics, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a passion for building category-defining products.
