Lead Full Stack Developer

The main purpose of this role is to lead the design, development, and deployment of full-stack web applications by creating robust front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services. As a key player in this team, you will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership, making architecture decisions, and collaborating with the team to deliver high-performance, secure, and user-centric web solutions. Your key responsibilities will include designing and developing complete web applications, leading the architecture and implementation of scalable solutions, ensuring responsive design and cross-platform compatibility, integrating APIs and databases, collaborating with cross-functional teams, writing clean and efficient code, conducting code reviews, mentoring junior developers, monitoring application performance, and staying updated with emerging technologies. To excel in this role, you should possess 10-15 years of experience in full-stack web development, a degree in Computer Science or related field, proficiency in front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js, strong back-end expertise with Node.js, Java, Python, or .NET, experience with relational and NoSQL databases, understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture, familiarity with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead technical discussions and make architectural decisions. Preferred experience includes working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies, and knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices for web applications.
