We are currently in search of a highly proficient Lead Full Stack Developer specializing in Java and Angular technologies, with a solid background in AI integration and a fervor for constructing scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will initially serve as an individual contributor, with the potential to transition into a leadership position, overseeing and mentoring a proficient technology team. **Primary Responsibilities:** - **Full Stack Development:** Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust web applications utilizing both front-end and back-end technologies. - **AI Integration:** Utilize AI and machine learning models to optimize application functionality and user experience. - **Front-End Development:** Develop responsive user interfaces employing Angular or React.js, ensuring seamless user experiences across various devices. - **Back-End Development:** Construct and manage server-side logic, databases, and APIs primarily using Java and Spring Boot frameworks. - **Project Management:** Direct the planning, execution, and delivery of software projects to ensure alignment with business objectives and deadlines. - **Quality Assurance:** Implement best practices for software development and testing to guarantee high-quality product releases. - **Technical Leadership:** Conduct code reviews, offer technical mentorship, and enforce best practices to deliver top-notch software solutions. - **Team Building:** Collaborate with management to recruit, train, and lead a competent technology team as the company expands. - **Stay Updated:** Stay informed about the latest advancements in Front-end & back-end development, generative AI, and related technologies to ensure that our applications incorporate contemporary practices. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** - **Experience:** Minimum of 6 years in Java & Angular development with a focus on AI integration and utilization of generative AI. - **Front-End Proficiency:** Extensive experience with Angular or React.js and associated libraries. - **Back-End Proficiency:** Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful API development. - **AI and Machine Learning:** Demonstrated competency in integrating and leveraging AI/ML models in web applications. - **Database Management:** Proficiency with both SQL (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases. - **Version Control:** Proficient in GIT and SVN. - **DevOps Familiarity:** Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. - **Soft Skills:** Outstanding problem-solving skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive learning approach in high-pressure environments. - **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with a history of data-driven decision-making. **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with distributed systems and comprehension of their intricacies. - Familiarity with Elastic Search and Python. - Understanding of UI/UX design principles.,
