Lead Frontend (React) Engineer

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Frontend Engineer (React.js) to drive the design and development of high-quality web applications for our global clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership ability, and a passion for building scalable, performant, and user-friendly solutions.

As a lead engineer, you will not only write clean and efficient code but also mentor the team, set coding standards, and collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

• Lead the development and architecture of modern web applications using React.js, TypeScript, Redux (or other state management libraries).
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality code.
• Define and enforce frontend coding standards, best practices, and reusable component libraries.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and performance.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Mentor junior engineers and help upskill the team in React and related frontend technologies.
• Stay updated with emerging frontend technologies and recommend improvements.
• Work closely with backend teams (Node.js, APIs, GraphQL, etc.) to ensure seamless integration.
• Take ownership of project deliverables, timelines, and quality.

• 8–12 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with Redux / Recoil / Zustand or other state management libraries.
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, performance optimization, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and backend integration.
• Hands-on experience with build tools (Webpack, Vite, Babel) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience leading a team or mentoring developers.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Next.js or server-side rendering frameworks.
• Knowledge of frontend testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of UI/UX principles and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Prior experience working with international clients.
