Job Description

Role Overview: As a supervisor at Tesco Business Solutions in Bengaluru, your role will require you to follow the Business Code of Conduct diligently, focusing on integrity and expertise in a specific process or discipline. Your responsibilities will include coaching the team, providing on-the-job training, coordinating tasks, and communicating effectively. Managing relationships with stakeholders, handling process escalations, and solving complex operational issues will be key aspects of your role. You will contribute to report content to enhance decision-making and value addition, catalog and rationalize reports to meet stakeholder requirements, handle relevant data for reporting, ensure sustainability through documentation, and identify opportunities for automation and simplification of reports.
