Job Title: TEAM LEAD ER PLANNING

PURPOSE:

Responsible for developing, implementing ER strategy aligned with business needs.
To make plans and define strategy to create mutual understanding and cooperation between the management and employees through enhanced employee experience initiative, culture intervention, compliance management that leads to individual efficiency and organization effectiveness.
To prevent, diagnose and treat occupational diseases, work related illness and injuries of employees and certify fitness for assigned work. Formulate and administer employees health programs, inspect plant and make recommendations on occupational hazards, industrial hygine and eliminate the health hazard
