Lead - EPM Anaplan (Integration experience is mandatory)

Your role and responsibilities:

You will be responsible for cross-functional work across the globe, delivering critical solutions and services to finance processes and operations. You will be responsible for essential design activities and internal customer interaction, building strong relations and trust with key business and technology stakeholders. 

 In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering complex technology solutions worldwide. You will work with and learn from subject matter experts, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress within the Enterprise Solutions team.  Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with the teams in other countries.

• Establish and enforce standards and best development practices for the team
• Integrate consolidations and planning/forecasting systems and processes.
• Evaluate external software packages and develop recommendations for future use including ROI calculations.
• Proactively identify and recommend solutions for problems or issues identified in the configuration of

  EPM platforms

  and ancillary systems supporting consolidations, driver-based forecasting, ROI modeling, and external reporting
• Develop and provide executive-level architecture presentations related to the Corporate Finance suite of platforms.

We expect you to have:

• At least 12 years of experience in software development and configuration in the

  EPM space

  .
• Must have experience in finance organization processes, including

  month-end close, planning & forecasting.

• Experience in different types of

  planning

  - e.g. financial planning (budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning).
• Deep understanding of

  Anaplan Architecture and Functionalities

  - Possess a comprehensive understanding of the Anaplan platform, including its architecture, modules, and functionalities. This includes proficiency in Anaplan modeling, data modeling, formula creation, and module design.
• Experience with Anaplan Formula Language (AFL): Proficiency in AFL is crucial for writing custom scripts and automating processes within the Anaplan platform.
• Experience with SQL and other database technologies.
• Integration:

  Ability to integrate Anaplan with other systems and third-party applications.

• Knowledge of APIs and data connectors.
• Skills to optimize Anaplan models for performance and scalability.
• Proficiency in accounting processes, with special emphasis on

  Consolidations, Allocations, and Intercompany Eliminations.

• Proficiency in creating

  Planning & Forecasting models

  at a corporate and individual BU level.
• Experience in executive-level presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Education Qualification: Bachelor/Masters in computer science or other engineering fields.
• Experience with

  Agile project management methodologies.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical skills to derive insights from data and to develop business cases and ROI analyses.
• Ability to manage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

It would be great if you have:

• Experience working in multinational, multi-geographic companies and organizations.
• Relevant Anaplan certifications
