Job Description

Lead Engineer Design and Development of Forklift (ICE & Electric) Role & responsibilities - Material Handling Equipment (Forklifts, Electric Pallet Trucks), End-to-end design and development of forklifts (ICE or Electric), start of production (SOP), Performance Management, regulatory compliance, and digital & physical validation, development cycle of a forklift or similar material handling vehicle. Preferred candidate profile Must-Have**(Ideally should not be more than 3-5) - 1. Experience in Design & development of forklifts, material handling vehicles, or similar equipment. 2. Strong understanding of performance requirements and regulations for forklifts. 3. Experience in design validation, testing, and regulatory compliance. 4. Exposure to electric vehicle technologies, battery systems, and advanced control mechanisms. 5. Proficiency in CATIA for 3D design and detailed engineering.
