Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Engineer with 8 to 13 years of experience in software development to lead our team in developing and delivering software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Java programming, OOAD, and object-oriented programming.

Roles and Responsibility

Drive the design and implementation of product features.
Maintain and improve existing software products and non-product code base.
Support prototyping of new feature ideas and analyze technical feasibility.
Enable clear and regular information flow within the team and across different stakeholders.
Provide technical mentoring to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to realize timely and quality solutions.

Job Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in Java programming, OOAD, and object-oriented programming.
Experience in HTML and web application development using Angular and REST services.
Knowledge of tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, TestNG, JUnit, Spring Framework, and Hibernate/JPA.
Thorough understanding of design principles, tools, and methods.
In-depth knowledge and experience in analyzing, implementing, and troubleshooting non-functional requirements such as performance and memory management.
Established leadership skills, self-driven, quality and result-oriented, with strong attention to detail.
Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E.
