Lead Engineer

Role Overview: As a Lead Engineer specializing in AI at our Jaipur office, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of end-to-end AI solutions, particularly focusing on Computer Vision and Generative AI. Your role will involve leading a team of 8-10 engineers, ensuring the successful delivery of AI projects while maintaining technical excellence and effective people management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the complete lifecycle of AI solutions, including requirement analysis, data preparation, model development, optimization, deployment, and monitoring in production environments. - Develop models for various Computer Vision applications such as object detection, recognition, tracking, OCR, and video analytics. - Optimize models for real-time performance on GPU/edge devices like NVIDIA Jetson and ensure robustness in challenging conditions. - Integrate LLMs and multimodal AI for Generative AI applications like video summarization, natural language queries, and automated insights. - Provide architectural guidance for AI pipelines, establish coding standards, and drive MLOps practices. - Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 engineers, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality technical solutions. - Stay updated with emerging tools in CV and GenAI, focusing on scalability, cost optimization, and practical deployment challenges. Qualifications Required: - Education: B.E./B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field. - Experience: 5-10 years in AI/ML with 2 years in a team lead role. - Technical Expertise: Proficiency in frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV for Computer Vision. Exposure to LLM-based solutions for Generative AI. Hands-on experience with deployment tools, MLOps practices, and performance optimization. - Programming Skills: Strong Python expertise required; knowledge of C++/CUDA is a plus. - Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead engineering teams, balance technical depth with delivery timelines, and demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills.
