Lead Engineer

As a Lead Engineer at NTT DATA in Delhi, Delhi (IN-DL), India, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of end-to-end Quote-to-Cash (QTC) solutions using Salesforce Revenue Cloud. Your role will involve hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud components such as Billing, Subscription Management, and Revenue Recognition, along with related integrations. You will need to leverage your strong technical expertise and leadership skills to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical design and delivery of Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud solutions, covering areas such as Billing, Invoicing, Revenue Recognition, and Subscription Management. - Develop scalable custom solutions using technologies like Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, Flows, and Integration APIs. - Guide and support development teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Define and enforce coding standards, development best practices, and documentation protocols. - Mentor junior developers and promote knowledge sharing within the team. - Collaborate with stakeholders from finance, sales, operations, and IT to gather requirements and deliver business-aligned solutions. - Provide technical insights and recommendations for process improvements within the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle. - Optimize system performance and ensure seamless end-to-end transaction flows. - Drive unit testing, code reviews, and deployment processes using DevOps and CI/CD tools. - Ensure robust testing coverage and regression control for all deployments. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Deep understanding and hands-on experience with Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce Billing, and Product Catalog. - Proficiency in technologies such as Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows, Process Builder, and Integration APIs. - Experience in full QTC lifecycle and familiarity with revenue recognition principles. - 4-6 years of Salesforce platform development experience. - Minimum 2 years of experience specifically with Revenue Cloud or related Salesforce Billing solutions. - Proven experience in leading end-to-end Salesforce implementations or enhancements.
