You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the IT infrastructure and digital transformation of our real estate business. You should possess a deep understanding of real estate operations, systems integration, ERP/CRM tools, and the ability to lead tech initiatives to improve business efficiency, customer engagement, and data security. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing and maintaining office IT infrastructure such as servers, LAN/WAN, routers, firewalls, printers, and CCTV systems. - Overseeing system performance, reliability, and capacity planning across all sites. - Ensuring data backups, storage, and disaster recovery systems are in place and regularly tested. - Implementing, upgrading, and maintaining real estate-specific ERP, CRM, and document management systems. - Collaborating with business teams to deploy tools for project management, sales, leasing, and finance. - Evaluating and managing third-party vendor relationships for application support. - Defining and enforcing cybersecurity policies, access controls, and data protection protocols. - Monitoring systems for vulnerabilities, breaches, and ensuring antivirus/endpoint protection is updated. - Conducting security audits and awareness training for users. - Supervising IT support staff to ensure timely resolution of hardware/software/user issues. - Managing a helpdesk ticketing system to track and report issue trends. - Ensuring minimum downtime and prompt onboarding of new employees with required IT tools. - Identifying opportunities for technology upgrades to improve operational efficiency. - Developing and monitoring IT budgets for hardware, software, licensing, and services. - Evaluating emerging technologies (cloud, automation, analytics) relevant to real estate operations. - Ensuring IT practices comply with internal policies and external regulations (e.g., RERA, ISO). - Maintaining up-to-date IT asset register, licenses, SOPs, and vendor contracts. Qualifications: - Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering or related field. - Experience: 8-15 years of relevant experience in IT management.
