Lead Dotnet Developer

As a key member of our team at Quale Infotech, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a group of developers to create innovative solutions using our proprietary product Aiwozo. Your role will involve overseeing the software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment, and ensuring the quality and scalability of the software. You will play a crucial part in setting the technical direction for projects, making architectural decisions, and enforcing best practices and coding standards. Your responsibilities will include conducting code reviews, writing clean and efficient code, and developing documentation throughout the software development lifecycle. Additionally, you will serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support to the team as needed. To excel in this role, you should possess a strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and relevant technologies. Your ability to motivate, mentor, and guide a team of developers will be essential in fostering a collaborative and productive environment. You should also be adept at identifying and resolving technical challenges and performance bottlenecks. Ideally, you should have 5 to 10 years of experience as a .NET developer or an application developer. Proficiency in the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns such as Model-View-Controller (MVC) is required. A good grasp of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, .NET languages like C# and Visual Basic .NET, and front-end technologies like HTML5/CSS3 is also necessary. Knowledge of WPF, cloud architecture, REST, RPC, and Agile methodologies will be advantageous for this role.
