About the Role:
The Digital Learning Lead is responsible for driving CHIREC’s digital learning vision across all campuses, ensuring that technology meaningfully enhances teaching for learning while remaining rooted in the school’s holistic, human-centered philosophy.

What you will be doing:
  • Lead and coordinate K–12 digital learning initiatives across all four CHIREC campuses to ensure a cohesive and progressive digital learning experience.
  • Position CHIREC as a leader in Digital Learning while upholding the school’s belief in holistic, humanistic education.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Cognita Regional Office (alongside the IT Head) to report on digital learning initiatives.
  • Participate in regional Digital Learning Lead meetings across Asia to align with group-wide standards and share best practices.
  • Manage the completion and submission of the Digital Maturity Survey (DMS) twice a year for all four campuses.
  • Work closely with the School Leadership and IT department to plan, implement, and evaluate Digital Learning tools.
  • Stay up to date with best practices in digital learning, digital citizenship, digital collaboration, digital innovation; integrate these insights into CHIREC’s context.
  • Deliver professional development and support teachers on various digital learning tools.
