1.1 Project Budgeting & Financial Planning
1. Creation of concept budget, based on launch level design inputs
2. Preparation and review of DD Budgets for respective projects and comparison of DD budget v/s Concept Budget & approval from CFO
1.2 Cost Monitoring & Control
1. Track actual costs versus budgeted costs throughout the project lifecycle
2. Analyze cost variances and identify corrective measures to stay within budget
1.3 Reporting & Forecasting
1. Generate regular reports on budget utilization, cost trends, and financial forecasts
2. Provide variance analysis reports to management and relevant stakeholders
1.4 Compliance & Risk Management
1. Ensure budgeting and costing practices comply with internal policies and regulatory standards
2. Identify financial risks related to cost overruns or inefficient resource use
1.5 Construction Supply Chain Management
1. Comply with service and material requirements as per AOP
2. Review of PR / Contract Note, Quantities and WO's amendments
