Lead Developer (Java + GCP)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Lead Java-based microservices and API development
Implement design patterns and best practices for cloud-based solutions
Manage performance, scalability, and security optimization
Drive CI/CD adoption and containerized deployments on GCP

Technical Skills

Expertise in Java 8+, Spring Boot, Microservices, OAuth2.0, OIDC
Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub
Strong exposure to GCP (preferred)

Soft Skills

Leadership and mentoring capabilities
