Senior Fullstack Engineer - Java + React + Spring Boot + Microservices No. of Openings: 10 (5 in Pune, 5 in Coimbatore) About Our Client: Our client is a next-generation digital accelerator committed to enabling comprehensive digital transformation. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Senior Fullstack Engineer passionate about developing high-quality software solutions. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, developing, and delivering robust applications that enhance customer journeys and experiences. Key Responsibilities: Participate actively in discussions with Product and Business stakeholders to prioritize tasks. Own the full software lifecycle including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation. Implement automation for build, deployment, and operational tasks. Engage in technical and architectural discussions, driving thoughtful decision-making. Regularly communicate project status, proactively managing risks. Facilitate integration of services to optimize customer experience. Conduct demos and acceptance discussions with Product Owners. Champion continuous improvement in operational practices and engineering metrics. Deeply understand end-to-end technical architecture and system dependencies. Mentor and support junior team members, fostering skill development. Identify and implement process efficiencies. Promote knowledge sharing across your team and broader organization. Deliver training and skill-building sessions to upskill team members. Essential Skills & Experience: Proficient in Java (11 or higher), Spring Boot, JPA, React, and Microservices architecture. Familiarity with secure coding practices (OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT) and vulnerability management. Solid grasp of engineering principles for mission-critical applications, including security, scalability, customer experience, testing, and operability.
