Job Title: AI Agent Developer - Azure AI & OpenAI Platform Location: Pune (Hybrid 3 days onsite per week) Experience: 2+ years Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to join our team and help design and implement AI-powered agents using Azure OpenAI , Azure AI Search , and related components of the Microsoft AI platform . This role is ideal for someone passionate about conversational AI, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and building intelligent automation across enterprise systems. Key Responsibilities Develop and deploy AI agents using Azure OpenAI Service , Azure AI Search , and Azure Cognitive Services Build intelligent workflows using RAG techniques to enhance knowledge retrieval and contextual responses Integrate AI agents with Microsoft tools like Power Automate , AI Builder , Azure Bot Services , and other enterprise systems Design conversational workflows that connect to APIs, databases, and internal tools Improve the accuracy, scalability, and performance of AI solutions in a cloud-native environment Apply prompt engineering strategies to optimize agent interaction quality Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, prototype AI solutions, and support production rollouts Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security , compliance , and data governance Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field 2+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a focus on Microsoft Azure Strong hands-on experience with: Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Search , including semantic search and entity recognition Azure AI Foundry , Model Catalog , Document Intelligence Proficiency in Python or C# Familiarity with REST APIs , GraphQL , and enterprise data integrations Understanding of cloud-native development and DevOps practices Prior experience designing or deploying RAG pipelines is highly desirable Work Model Hybrid work model based in Pune Requires 3 days per week from office
