Senior .NET Developer - .Net Core, API Development, Windows Services, MS SQL Server, TDD/BDD No. of Openings: 10 (5 in Pune, 5 in Coimbatore) About Our Client: Our client is a cutting-edge digital accelerator dedicated to delivering comprehensive digital transformation and technology services from ideation to implementation. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive Senior .NET Developer who excels in creating robust and secure software solutions, effectively enhancing customer journeys and business operations. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with Product/Business stakeholders for task prioritization. Independently estimate, plan, and execute software development tasks, including design, development, testing, deployment, configuration, and documentation. Implement and maintain automation processes for build, deployment, and operational management. Lead code/design/process discussions and manage necessary trade-offs. Regularly report project status and proactively manage risks. Integrate services thoughtfully, emphasizing user experience and customer satisfaction. Conduct product demonstrations and actively participate in acceptance discussions. Continuously enhance operational and engineering processes and metrics. Develop comprehensive knowledge of technical architecture and system dependencies. Champion technology standards, frameworks, and best practices; review team members' code, tests, and automation scripts. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency. Essential Skills & Experience: Extensive expertise in the .NET tech stack, including .NET Core, API Development, MS SQL Server, Windows Services, and command-line execution. Familiarity with secure coding standards (OWASP, CWE, SEI CERT) and vulnerability management. Deep understanding of engineering principles required to build and maintain mission-critical software (security, customer experience, testing, operability, simplification, service-oriented architecture). Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities, capable of analyzing core, heap, and thread dumps to resolve complex coding issues. Proficiency in version control practices, including Gitflow, and peer code reviews. Experience in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
