About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Visual Designer, a craft-driven IC with the ability to own projects end-to-end and set a high benchmark for design quality. You ll work across campaigns, product launches, digital assets, and brand systems, translating complex banking tech stories into bold, memorable visuals.

Responsibilities
- Own visual design projects across campaigns, growth marketing, product launches, digital assets, and brand identity.
- Build and maintain design systems, illustration libraries, and templates that scale creative output without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborate with product, content, marketing, and growth teams to bring abstract ideas to life through strong visual storytelling.
- Explore new tools and workflows (AI, motion, 3D) to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Act as a custodian of Zeta s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Present creative work confidently, articulating rationale and advocating for design excellence.
Experience and Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in visual, brand, or communication design with a track record of owning projects end-to-end.
- A portfolio that demonstrates multi-disciplinary strength: campaign visuals, illustrations, digital design, presentations, and brand systems.
- Strong command of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and storytelling.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), plus curiosity for AI-driven workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, able to present and defend design choices in cross-functional settings.
- A builder s mindset comfortable with ambiguity, self-directed, and driven by curiosity and craft.
