A solid understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility, with the ability to apply these to digital projects. Experience working with global brands or within tech companies is a plus. Strong conceptual thinking and the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual solutions for both brand and digital. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions clearly and confidently to clients and teams.
