We're Hiring: Sr. Data Scientist /AI Solution Architect

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Data Scientist/ AI Solution Architect to join our growing AI & Data team. This is a hybrid role based in Pune, where you will be responsible for building scalable AI/ML solutions, leading LLMOps initiatives, and driving innovations using Generative AI, Azure AI services, and containerised deployments.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Azure AIDevelop and manage LLMOps pipelines for large language modelsBuild containerized solutions using Docker and KubernetesFine-tune and deploy Generative AI models for NLP, vision, and conversation use casesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers and product managersDrive best practices in model monitoring, versioning, and Responsible AIDocument technical architecture and decision-making frameworks. Required

Skills & Qualifications
5–7 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Data ScienceStrong experience with Azure AI Services (ML Studio, OpenAI, AI Foundry – must)Proficiency in LLMs, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniquesStrong Python programming with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Transformers)Experience in Docker & KubernetesUnderstanding of LLMOps/MLOps pipelines

Nice to Have
Willingness to work with .NET for legacy integrationsExperience with DatabricksFamiliarity with Azure DevOps / CI-CD pipelinesPrevious work in a startup or product-based environment

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
