Position: Sr Data Scientist

Location: Hybrid - Chennai

Description

• Strong technical knowledge in Data science, ML and NLP concepts.
• Should have worked on the entire Data science life cycle starting from Data collection till deployment and monitoring.
• Experience with Traditional Machine Learning and Deep learning models / algorithms.
• Experience in working with large language models (LLMs) and GenAI use cases with RAG.
• Experience in developing APIs in any of the python frameworks (Flask / FAST)
• Experience in working with any of the databases – SQL / NoSQL /Graph DB and Vector DB
• Exposure to any of the cloud – AWS / Azure / GCP
• Should have worked with cross functional teams

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with a strong portfolio of data-driven projects
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical methods
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

• Research, develop and implement novel machine learning, LLM and statistical approaches for improving the user experience in the procurement domain.
