Team Lead Customer Success

Experience: 7 - 8 years

What You ll Do (aka, The Hustle):

Merchant Onboarding & Custom Success

Own and lead the Custom Adoption funnel from first handshake to live success

Guide merchants through setup, integration, and early growth use cases

Make GoKwik feel like an extension of their own teams

Team Leadership & Mentorship

Lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) focused on onboarding & adoption

Be the player-coach mentor when needed, get hands dirty when required

Set the gold standard for merchant empathy and solutioning

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work with Product, Tech, Growth & Business Teams to tailor merchant onboarding journeys

Solve real-time merchant challenges no passing the buck

High Stakes, High Rewards

This function is core to GoKwik s next phase of growth. Success here = direct contribution to company GTM

Think zero-to-one merchant journeys, not just BAU account management

Who You Are:

7 8 years of experience in Customer Success / Account Management / Merchant Onboarding

High-growth SaaS / Payments / E-commerce / D2C enablement background preferred

Proven experience in building & leading Customer Success teams

You know how to talk to merchants, solve for merchants, and hustle for merchants

Comfortable with ambiguity this is not a KRA-on-autopilot role

Collaborative to the core but know when to drive outcomes single-handedly
