Lead Customer Deal Desk Specialist-Japanese language

As a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Lead Customer Deal Desk Specialist with fluency in Japanese, you will play a critical role in supporting front-office sales processes and complex quoting for Oracle's Customer Deal Desk team. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with various internal teams to ensure smooth deal progression from lead to order, managing complex quoting, providing support across the opportunity-to-quote lifecycle, and communicating effectively with stakeholders in the Japan region. Your key responsibilities will involve supporting the Lead to Order workflow, handling complex quoting for Japan-based opportunities, engaging with Sales on forecasted deals, preparing and validating quotes and contracts, resolving quoting process issues, collaborating with Sales and internal teams in Japanese and English, monitoring key deals, staying updated on Oracle's internal systems, and contributing to process optimization efforts. To excel in this role, you should have 3+ years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, or Sales Support, preferably supporting the Japan region, possess JLPT N1 certification with strong fluency in Japanese and English, be familiar with Oracle tools such as Sales Cloud and CPQ, have strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, be a proactive problem solver with attention to detail, demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities, and exhibit strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and teams. Your work schedule will be 5 days a week with occasional weekend support during quarter-end, and minimal support may be required on India public holidays as needed.
