Job Description

Role: Lead - Content & Tech

Loc: Chennai

CTC: Best In Industry.



Context:


  1. This role is expected to be the custodian for the LMS, as well as for all content creation and digital learning activities across the organization. The broad expectation is that this role holder will strategize and interface with the senior business and HR stakeholders, and based on inputs translate the business needs into instructional design content needs, and then direct the team member(s) as well as external vendors to actually create the content. However the role holder is also required to use their own time and expertise to leverage GenAI tools to quickly create multiple pieces of digital content.
  2. Importantly, this role needs to treat all other L&D team members (peers and colleagues) as stakeholders – since it will be their requirements which will dictate the quantum, quality and urgency of content creation


Activities:


  1. Create and manage the content architecture for all L&D activities within the organization across businesses, focused on business outcomes and learner experience
  2. Strategize and collaborate with the business and HR stakeholders on business needs, learning needs and learner experience (LXP)
  3. Manage the LMS portal with accountability for all user metrics and content availability, and liaise closely with IT and portal vendor for ensuring uptime
  4. Leverage GenAI, internal content team members and external vendors judiciously to respond to content creation requirements promptly and within budgets
  5. Act as the custodian for all training content – business related, regulatory as well as skill-based – and ensure it is updated with versioning and access control
  6. Proactively reach out to field teams to gather content feedback and nascent requirements, as a feeder for future content needs

  3. Innovation in content formats, experiential learning methods and facilitator toolkits
  4. System uptime, tech issue resolution within TAT, feature expansion basis business requirements
