Job Description

Role Overview: As a Lead - Content & Tech located in Chennai, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage all content creation and digital learning activities within the organization. You will collaborate with senior business and HR stakeholders to translate business needs into instructional design content requirements. Additionally, you will be utilizing GenAI tools to efficiently generate digital content. It is crucial to consider all L&D team members as stakeholders to align content creation with their needs. Key Responsibilities: - Creating and maintaining the content architecture for all L&D activities, focusing on business outcomes and learner experience - Collaborating with business and HR stakeholders to understand learning needs and ensure a positive learner experience - Managing the LMS portal, monitoring user metrics, content availability, and coordinating with IT and vendors for system uptime - Utilizing GenAI tools, internal content team, and external vendors to meet content creation requirements within specified budgets - Safeguarding all training content, including business-related, regulatory, and skill-based materials, ensuring updates, versioning, and access control - Proactively collecting feedback from field teams to identify future content requirements Performance Measurement: - Training content availability and quality - Adoption of learning technology, user experience, and business impact - Innovation in content formats, experiential learning methods, and facilitator toolkits - System uptime, timely tech issue resolution, and feature expansion based on business needs - Adherence to budget constraints while optimizing output Qualification Required: - Mid-senior level experience with team management responsibilities, preferably at MG5 / 5A level - Prior experience in the BFSI sector and people management skills will be advantageous - Formal certifications in instructional design, content management, LMS/LXP, digital creation, or design thinking - 8-10 years of experience in L&D roles with content and LMS management responsibilities - Proficiency in instructional design, LMS administration, and expertise in AI content creation tools - Proficiency in at least one content authoring tool such as Vyond or Articulate - Soft skills including innovation, attention to detail, collaboration, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to balance quality and timelines.,
