As the Lead Consultant Regional WAN, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the stability, performance, and scalability of our regional and global network infrastructure. Your expertise will directly influence how our teams connect, collaborate, and innovate across geographies. By driving continuous improvement in WAN operations and vendor partnerships, you ll help us build a resilient digital backbone that supports our long-term growth and transformation goals.

What You ll Be Doing

  • Driving Network Excellence

    : You ll manage and optimize regional ISP connections to ensure high availability and performance, proactively resolving issues before they impact operations.

  • Strategic Vendor Management

    : You ll lead contract negotiations and SLA management with ISP vendors, ensuring cost-effective and high-quality service delivery.

  • Solving Complex Challenges

    : You ll troubleshoot cross-regional connectivity issues, perform root cause analyses, and implement preventive solutions to enhance network reliability.

  • Architecting for the Future

    : You ll continuously assess and optimize our global network architecture, contributing to improved security, scalability, and performance.

  • Collaborating Across Functions

    : You ll work closely with IT teams across security, infrastructure, and development to ensure seamless integration and alignment.

  • Documenting for Growth

    : You ll maintain detailed network documentation and contribute to a knowledge base that empowers others to learn and grow.

What Were Looking For

We re seeking a proactive and technically skilled network professional who thrives in dynamic environments and embraces challenges as opportunities to learn and improve. You should bring:


  • A bachelor s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in WAN management and ISP coordination.

  • Strong technical knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, MPLS, VPN) and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).

  • Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.

  • A collaborative mindset, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for solving problems.

  • Preferred certifications like CCNP or equivalent that demonstrate your commitment to continuous learning.
