Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The role-holder is responsible to provide assistance to the Head C&B to frame guidelines for the comp review process, budget allocation; the entire process flow from release of recommendation sheets up-to validation and finance sign off; to review the internal (attrition and hiring) & external market data as and when the new roles are added to the career architecture; monthly MIS preparation including MDs report within timelines; C&B offer analysis for corporate new hires for better fitment; Annual budgeting exercise for organization; Complete end to end HR SAP Support for Master Data Management, Transfer, Position Creation for entire groups. Creation of position ID for all Corporate hirings and M4 & above for entire group. Preparation of Monthly ECM - HR for CHRO. Providing Analysis as per requirement by CHRO. Supporting in Yearly/Mid-Year PMS activities.

Compensation and benefit

  • Design CTC calculation in compliance with CTC structure & laws, circulate with BU HRs and plant HRs, query resolution for the same
  • Design post PMS annual structure taking into consideration the promotion & increments
  • Coordinate with external vendors on salary surveys, understand their service, share the CTC & benefits data with them, get the benchmarking reports from the vendors
  • Analyze various options of budgeted (quarterly/ HY) contribution based on the salary surveys & market trends
  • Prepare final PPT for annual increment working and is shared for approval
  • Prepare the annual HR budgeting for corporate functions & coordinate with finance for the closure.
  • Annual Increment Modelling

    compensation revision design options and implementation as per management approval based on internal and external data analytics. Includes merit, market, promotion increase and special adjustments.
  • Designs and develops different schemes of the variable remuneration (incentive schemes)
  • Work on Mid-Year Increments & Promotions.
  • Process & close the annual incentive working for entire group.
  • Design policies to close gaps in the compensation of employees (introducing the internal equity at affordable costs)

MIS and Projects (as & when)

  • Job evaluation project
  • Integration projects
  • Various standard MIS reports and analysis with detailed insights and others based on requests

ECM & HR Policies

  • Support for design of new HR policies.
  • Provide Guidelines to BU & Plant HRs for Monthly MIS data.
  • Responsible to collate data from all BU & Plant HRs for monthly ECM.
  • Extract reports from SAP and modify it as per requirements.

Analyze received data and prepare Monthly ECM presentation as per requirement by CHRO.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum Qualification required: MBA (HR)
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in C&B and analytics
  • MS Office Expert in excel and PPT, networking skills within the organization, influencing,
  • Strong analytical skills
