Role Overview: As a Project Manager specializing in localization of materials and colors in India, you will be responsible for leading activities related to color and material concepts up to production approval. Your role will involve coordinating with local suppliers, internal departments, and the MB-Design department to ensure SK/VW requirements and specifications are met. Additionally, you will be tasked with conducting trend and material research in India and creating aesthetic material collages and mood boards. Key Responsibilities: - Implement color and material concepts up to production approval including color matching - Collaborate closely with local suppliers and various departments within the company - Develop material concepts, presentations, tables, and color/material specifications - Conduct trend and material research in India - Create esthetic material collages and mood boards Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in project management and business understanding - Strong creativity with a keen sense for trends, materials, and colors - Fluency in Indian as a native language and English proficiency at C1 level - Excellent communication, presentation, and team skills - Proficient in design programs, especially Photoshop - Ability to handle complex issues professionally - High resilience, willingness to travel, and flexibility,
