Lead Business Execution Consultant - New Gen Tech Solutions Consultant

About this Role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultantto drive innovation and automation initiatives across business and technology teams. This role is pivotal in identifying, evaluating, and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and strategic outcomes.

In this role you will:-

• Lead automation initiatives for simple to moderately complex business problems
• Partner with business and technology teams to evaluate challenges and deliver comprehensive solutions
• Leverage

  Generative AI technologies

  to design and implement innovative solutions for business process transformation in addition to prior experience in driving Intelligent automations solutions/RPA using UiPath, Workflow tools etc.
• Build solution proposals for automation and innovation; evaluate and recommend emerging platforms and technologies
• Act as an internal consultant to re-engineer technical processes using quality tools and process improvement methodologies
• Collaborate across teams to resolve issues, manage project schedules, and ensure successful delivery
• Coordinate communication and information flow between business and technology stakeholders
• Ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness of solutions and pipeline management
• Research and analyze strategic initiatives requiring creative problem-solving and data-driven insights
• Drive accountability, risk mitigation, and operational excellence across assigned initiatives
• Stay abreast of the latest technological trends, includingLLMs, NLP, and Gen AI advancements

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Solution and innovation roles within the banking or financial services industry, preferably within a global capability center (GCC) or captive unit.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including content creation and roadshow delivery
• Experience in intelligent automation, robotics, andGen AI-driven initiatives
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies, including implementing Gen AI solutions for automation, customer experience, or strategic decision-making
• Proven ability to apply emerging technologies such as LLMs, NLP, and AI-driven platforms to solve business challenges
• Experience in designing and deploying Gen AI use cases, including prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and enterprise integration
• 10+ years experience in the BFSI domain in similar roles
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading automation/innovation projects.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience in content creation and delivering roadshows
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
