We're looking for a highly analytical and data-oriented Business Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our team. This is a high-impact role where you'll empower our Product Manager with deep insights, driving the development of effective features and ensuring we hit our targets.


Objective:

Drive data remediation, analytics-led governance, and process excellence across service and collections to improve overall operational performance.


Why this role is critical?


With the scale of business increasing across both fresh and renewal journeys, focused ownership on data remediation and critical metrics tracking becomes essential. Growing volumes amplify data gaps, receipting failures, and mismatches unless governed through strong analytics and a regular review cadence.


This role will convert insights into actionable process improvements and also support insurer governance discussions on receipting failures, helping minimize data mismatches and accelerate closures.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Own tracking and governance of critical metrics across service and collections
  • Drive data remediation across internal and insurer systems
  • Translate analytics into concrete process and control improvements
  • Set up and run regular analytics and performance review cadence
  • Support insurer discussions in governance
  • Partner with product, tech, and operations teams for systemic fixes
  • Validate insights through regular service and collections floor visits
