Lead Business Analyst - .NET Development

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lead Business Analyst with a strong background in .NET technologies to align business objectives with technical solutions.

This role bridges the gap between stakeholders and developers, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality software products while driving innovation in .NET development processes.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, clarify, and validate business requirements
• Define and prioritize product features and user stories while managing the product backlog
• Serve as a key liaison between business teams and developers, ensuring alignment on project goals
• Review .NET code to understand and document existing system behavior
• Leverage the latest .NET frameworks and tools to provide guidance for development initiatives
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews
• Translate business problems into actionable technical specifications and acceptance criteria
• Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure alignment with business requirements
• Identify risks or roadblocks and propose effective mitigation strategies
• Provide support for deployment processes and post-release application stabilization

Requirements

• Proven experience in business analysis, product ownership, or similar roles focusing on software development
• Expertise in DotNet technologies, such as .NET Core, ASP.NET, and C#
• Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies with the ability to manage evolving requirements effectively
• Familiarity with database systems, including SQL Server and Oracle
• Capability to evaluate complex business challenges and design technical solutions
• Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Showcase of prior hands-on coding experience in .NET technologies
• Qualifications in computer science, information technology, or related fields

Nice to have

• Background in cloud platforms, particularly Azure
• Certification in Agile or Product Management
