Job Description

You are a detail-oriented and analytical Lead Business Analyst who will be an integral part of our team. Your role will require a strong understanding of business processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements. By collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will gather and analyze requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and facilitate the implementation of solutions to drive business success. Your responsibilities will include understanding business objectives, processes, and requirements by collaborating with stakeholders. You will elicit, analyze, and document business requirements using various techniques such as interviews, workshops, and document analysis. Your role will also involve translating business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows. Working closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, QA analysts, and project managers, you will ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time and within budget. Facilitating communication and collaboration between business stakeholders and technical teams will be crucial to ensure alignment and understanding of requirements. As a Lead Business Analyst, you will conduct impact analysis and risk assessment to evaluate the potential impact of proposed changes and identify risks and dependencies. Supporting the development and implementation of new systems, processes, and initiatives will be part of your responsibilities. You will provide guidance, training, and documentation to end users and participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet quality standards and user expectations. Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the effectiveness of implemented solutions and identifying opportunities for optimization will also be essential. Additionally, staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices will drive continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. To qualify for this position, you should have at least 8 years of experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar role. Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the lending domain (consumer, mortgage, personal loans, etc.) is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Experience with business analysis techniques and tools, such as requirements elicitation, process modeling, and user story mapping, is expected. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is preferred for this role.,
