Job Description

The Lead Associate, Supply Chain Planning at Myntra will play a pivotal role in driving critical projects to optimize our end-to-end supply chain. This individual will be responsible for spearheading initiatives focused on enhancing delivery speed and minimizing breaches of our customer promise. The role requires a strong project management discipline, an analytical mindset to diagnose complex problems, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious supply chain objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • AOP & Strategic Planning: Drive monthly and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) planning cycles, ensuring strategic initiatives are aligned with business objectives and financial targets.
  • Speed & Breach Improvement:
    • Lead projects aimed directly at reducing order-to-delivery timelines and improving adherence to customer delivery promises (reducing breaches).
    • Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on delivery delays and service level agreement (SLA) misses across the first, middle, and last mile.
    • Develop and implement data-driven strategies for network optimization, inventory placement, and fulfillment logic to enhance overall supply chain agility and speed.
  • Project & Program Management:
    • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of supply chain improvement projects from initial scoping, planning, and resource allocation to execution, monitoring, and successful closure.
    • Develop detailed project plans, manage timelines, identify risks, and ensure clear communication of progress and outcomes to all stakeholders.
    • Champion project management best practices to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and meet their intended goals.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Perform in-depth data analysis using SQL, R, and Excel to identify trends, pinpoint opportunities, and measure the impact of implemented solutions.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Effectively manage relationships with internal (Operations, Technology, Category) and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • Around 3 years of experience in project management , preferably within a supply chain, e-commerce, or consulting environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with proven experience using data (especially SQL & Excel) to drive decisions and process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead projects from concept to completion , managing timelines and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams to implement new processes and systems.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and R .
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills .
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce/q-commerce industriesis a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with supply chain metrics and Delivery Promise Adherence.
  • Basic programming experience in Python is a plus.
