Lead Architect

The incumbent will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. They will collaborate with clients, engineers, and construction teams to ensure that architectural designs are functional, aesthetically pleasing, and compliant with building codes and regulations. They will employ their creativity, technical skills, and knowledge of construction principles to translate client needs into feasible and innovative architectural solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with

  government clients

  and stakeholders to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Develop conceptual designs, sketches, and architectural plans based on client briefs and site considerations.
• Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
• Incorporate sustainable design principles, energy efficiency, and environmental considerations into architectural designs.
• Develop project timelines, milestones, and budgets.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

• Bachelors or masters degree in architecture from an accredited institution.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
