Lead Architect

Role Overview: As a Senior Architect at Jacobs in Mumbai, your main responsibility will be to master plan and prepare layouts at plot plan level. You will demonstrate core competency in Architectural designs, including working on schematic/statutory/working drawings in 2D/3D, presentations, architectural BOQ, and specifications. Your knowledge of statutory regulations, LEED certifications requirements, and sustainability related design concepts will be crucial. Additionally, you will collaborate with commercial, project management, engineering, and design technical leaders to create project opportunities for Jacobs. Key Responsibilities: - Master plan and layout preparation at plot plan level - Demonstrating core competency in Architectural designs including schematic/statutory/working drawings, 2D/3D presentations, architectural BOQ, and specifications - Knowledge of statutory regulations, LEED certifications requirements, and sustainability related design concepts - Reviewing and checking global engineering partners" drawings and documents - Strong knowledge of NBC, statutory codes, building byelaws, and state-wise requirements - Interdisciplinary coordination for project delivery - Preparation of BOQs, Tender Documents, and technical specifications - Faade & Fenestration, Interiors, Sanitation, and plumbing conceptualization to detail engineering - Preparation of technical bid analysis, resolutions of TQs, and site RFI - Planning/guiding a team of Revit modelers in developing BIM model meeting LOD 100 to 400 requirements - Reviewing the model, ensuring quality control, and guiding modelers in extracting layouts from the 3D model - Preparation of site works tender including specifications and bill of material - Preparation of cost estimation for architectural part of the project Qualifications Required: - B.Arch. Degree from a recognized university, Registered with COA - 12+ years of experience in industrial projects in the domain of advanced manufacturing of Chemical, fine chemicals, specialty chemicals, new energy businesses like EV, PV, and associates, automotive industries, pharmaceutical plants, FMCG projects - Data Center Experience will be an addon advantage - Awareness of 3D platforms like Revit 3D, Sketch up, Lumion, Twin motion - Excellent domain knowledge of Master planning, preparation of concept layouts, working drawings, and good for construction drawings, Pre-Engineered Building works,
