Job Description

Architect (Interior Design)

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural and interior design for multiple projects.
Develop interior design concepts, space plans, and layout options.
Create detailed
Revit models
, 2D/3D drawings, and complete construction documentation.
Prepare
GFC drawings
, legends, material specifications, schedules, and BOQs.
Prepare room layout drawings, room specifications, and detailed design sheets.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct periodic site visits to ensure design implementation aligns with standards.
Resolve design-related or technical issues during project execution.
Ensure timely delivery and high quality of drawings and project documentation by the team.

Required Skills

Autodesk Revit Mandatory
AutoCAD, SketchUp
Twinmotion (for visualization)
Strong understanding of interior detailing and construction standards
Ability to prepare:

Detailed drawings
Legends and annotation standards
Room layout designs
Room specification sheets

Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, ergonomics, and design coordination
Excellent communication and presentation skills

Key Qualifications

B.Arch with 10+ years of experience
in interior architecture projects
Experience in corporate, commercial, residential, design-build, and hospital interiors
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within project teams
