Job Description

Role & responsibilities

1. Preparation of Structural Drawings

Develop high-quality 2D AutoCAD drawings including plans, elevations, sections, and detailed layouts.
Set up structural drawings as per standard practices and project-specific requirements.
Prepare accurate layouts of columns, beams, slabs, shear walls, retaining walls, and staircases.

2. Reinforcement Detailing

Create detailed reinforcement drawings for beams, slabs, columns, footings, and walls.
Ensure correct bar bending schedules (BBS) and reinforcement placement as instructed by the structural team.
Coordinate with senior technicians and engineers to incorporate changes and updates.

3. MIVAN / Aluminium Formwork Drawings Support

Assist senior CADD technicians in preparing MIVAN shuttering and wall system drawings.
Learn and apply MIVAN wall thickness standards, alignment rules, and panel layouts.
Update drawings based on site coordination requirements and mark-ups.

4. Coordination With Engineering Team

Work closely with structural engineers, senior technicians, and project teams across multiple high-rise projects.
Understand design inputs and incorporate revisions accurately.
Ensure timely submission of drawings as per internal deadlines and project schedules.
