Job Description

The Landscape Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering landscape architectural projects across various sectors including residential & commercial, the role involves managing project teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and overseeing BIM-related workflows in alignment with the BIM Execution Plan. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to drive project success within scheduled timelines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Project & Team Management

    Lead and manage landscape architecture projects from concept through completion.
  • Effective client Management.
  • Ensure the project profitability at every stage.
  • Coordinate internal team members and external consultants to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for BIM- and design-related issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provide over-the-shoulder training, mentoring, and professional development opportunities to staff.

    BIM & Technical Responsibilities

  • Ensure all technical models and deliverables comply with the BIM Execution Plan.
  • Manage, review, and update BIM Execution Plans when required.
  • Adequate knowledge on the automation tools and techniques.
  • Establish processes, protocols, and workflows to maintain model integrity, data exchange standards, and user rights.
  • Monitor schedules and milestones for BIM-related deliverables.
  • Communicate with project partners to address RFIs, design changes, and ensure updates are accurately reflected in project models.
  • Coordinate data extraction and model requirements between the design team and other project disciplines.
  • Ensure all BIM deliverables align with internal QA/QC procedures.

    Quality Assurance & Reporting

  • Oversee the quality of landscape design deliverables to meet client expectations and project standards.
  • Generate clash detection reports and design issue documentation.
  • Conduct model audits, maintaining the model quality, review, and ensure quality compliance at all stages of the project.
  • Prepare progress reports, documentation, and maintain project records for retrieval and review.

Education & Experience Requirements

  • Masters degree in landscape architecture (Preferred).
  • Bachelors degree in architecture (B.Arch.) (Required).
  • 10–12 years of experience in landscape architecture with strong exposure to BIM implementation, processes, and standards.
  • Expert knowledge of Revit Architecture, AutoCAD and Navisworks Manage.
  • Collaboration skills on a CDE Platform such as Autodesk ACC
    Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
