Lead / Architect .

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, talented and motivated Team Leader with a strong technical foundation and a passion for innovation. The candidate will contribute to the architecture, design, development and deployment of cutting-edge solutions in areas such as IoT, networking, machine learning, analytics, and full-stack development, by coordinating a team of engineers, apart from hands-on contributing by self.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Development:

o Architecture, Design, develop, and maintain software (using Python, JavaScript, etc)

o Full stack development

o Usage of appropriate and standard tools for efficiency, quality, adherence to processes

o Architect and design for testability, scalability, maintainability

o Experience in DevOps, Docker

o Follow Industry standard processes for software development, configuration management, release management, etc.

o Eye for detail, Quality, anticipating problems, preventing them

2. Domains

o Software (large-scale, distributed systems)

o IT, IoT, Cloud, Network protocols

o System engineering, interfacing with embedded systems, understanding of protocols to interface with IP and non-IP systems

o Exposure to Analytics, Machine Learning, AI

o Awareness of popular systems like AWS, Azure, Digital Ocean, etc.

o Awareness of Docker, Kubernetes, DevOps, MLOps, CI/CD pipelines

3. Collaboration and Communication:

o Work closely with team members and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

o Clearly articulate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

4. People management

o Entire lifecycle hiring, motivating, grooming, mentoring, coaching, challenging, team management, distributing credit, taking responsibility

o Gaining respect from all

o Always available, hands-on for critical modules

o Representing the team's work in meetings, presentations, demos, etc

Qualifications and Skills:

a) Required Skills:

o Python, JavaScript, React

o Computer Networks

o AI, Machine Learning

o Analytics

o Full-Stack Development

o Hands-on experience with LLMs, DevOps, MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes

o Setting up large systems (distributed, secure, scalable, reliable)

b) Educational Background:

o Bachelor's degree in Engineering from a reputed university

c) Experience:

o Approximately 10 years of professional experience in large scale system / software architecture, design, development, deployment and post-release maintenance

o Experience in people management, leadership

d) Soft Skills:

o Strong communication and collaboration skills

o Handling pressure

o Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
