Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Lead Analyst-Underwriter with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial mortgage and real estate, with expertise in underwriting, rent/sales comparison, loan-to-value ratios, spreads, mark-to-market implications, market details, and loan pre-screening memos.

Roles and Responsibility

Analyze and evaluate complex financial data to determine the risk associated with each loan.
Conduct thorough research on borrowers, properties, and markets to assess creditworthiness.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including lenders, investors, and other industry professionals.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of commercial mortgage and real estate principles and practices.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients and stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
MBA, CA, or CS degree preferred.
Notice period: 0-15 days.
