Job Description

Lead Analyst\Team Manager Real Estate (SPV Finance & Expense Management)

Key Responsibilities

SPV Finance & Reporting

Review SPV-level Trial Balance and Financial Reports.
Ensure accurate invoice allocation and coding in
Coupa/EAS
(vendor onboarding, payment status, trackers).
Review expense reports and prepare insights for leadership.
Review Investment Summaries for capital activity events.
Review distribution calculations and waterfall models.
Review valuation models for Public Equities & Bonds (FMV).

Cash, Securities & Regulatory Reporting

Track and report cash & securities accurately and on time.
Ensure timely SEC reporting (Form ADV, PF, 13F, 13H, etc.).
Support compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.

Process & Operational Excellence

Ensure complete SOPs, checklists, and smooth process transitions.
Identify process gaps; lead improvement and automation initiatives.
Support monthly close; ensure adherence to timelines and controls.
Handle ad-hoc requests within deadlines.

Team & Client Management

Lead, train, and evaluate team members; drive high performance.
Collaborate with global teams, especially NY counterparts.
Act as primary contact for clients; ensure high-quality client service.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Postgraduate or
C.A.
with strong finance knowledge.
3 years
of experience in Financial Reporting / Performance Reporting.
Good understanding of
Private Equity business and revenue model
.
Strong skills in
MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced global environment.
Ability to summarize complex data clearly and concisely.
