Job Description

Job Purpose

Senior Executive Learning & Knowledge Management

Administer and manage learning activities in
CSOD
, including setup, user management, and reporting
Coordinate regional and global learning programs, ensuring smooth execution
Prepare learning reports, analyze data, and share insights with stakeholders
Support knowledge-sharing initiatives and process improvements
Partner with regional stakeholders to deliver impactful learning experiences

You are meant for this job if:

Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field
5-8 years of experience in Learning Operations/Knowledge Management
Proficiency in
Cornerstone OnDemand (CSOD)
is mandatory
Global or regional exposure preferred
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
