Your responsibilities will involve close collaboration with clients and internal/external technical teams to craft innovative digital solutions tailored to the Sourcing Procurement domain. - **Enhance and Improve Solutions:** Focus on enhancing digital solutions like cognitive procurement suites, category management tools, and predictive analytics platforms. Create business cases and design solutions based on digital Sourcing Procurement offerings with clearly outlined value propositions and business benefits. - **Stay Updated with Industry Best Practices:** Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to incorporate into our digital solutions effectively. - **Support Digital Transformation Programs:** Assist in Sourcing and Procurement programs by leveraging technological interventions. Demonstrate digital solutions to clients, explain value propositions, conduct assessments of clients" existing landscapes, and engage with stakeholders for customer satisfaction. - **Analyze Data and Identify Insights:** Analyze data to understand performance and derive actionable insights. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, possess strong analytical skills, and have experience in Sourcing Procurement and delivering presentations to management teams. In addition to technical skills, you should have: - Deep understanding of Sourcing and Procurement processes. - Exposure to analytics tools and platforms, proficiency in data analysis, Excel modeling, and digital procurement analytics. - Familiarity with tools like SAS, R, Tableau, Power BI, Ariba, and Coupa. Knowledge of Process Mining, Automation tools, and AI concepts in Sourcing Procurement is advantageous. We seek a candidate with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of presenting data analysis recommendations effectively in a business context. Strong storytelling skills and proficiency in tools like PowerPoint are desirable for this role.
