Responsibilities

As a Lead Analyst - Accounting at Principal Financial Group, you will be at the forefront of our financial operations, ensuring precision and outstanding excellence in every task. You'll be part of a world-class team that values ambition and outstanding performance.
Key Responsibilities

Review and process missing investment transactions
Monitor and reconcile investment positions
Track cash movements and settlements
Process corporate actions
Process dividend reinvestment transactions
Reconcile portfolio holding positions
Support month-end and quarter-end close procedures
Support audit requirements
Assist with regulatory reporting

Requirements

Proven experience in accounting or finance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in accounting software and tools
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field or equivalent experience
