Lead Analyst

As an experienced professional with international calling experience, you will be responsible for quick and attentive communication with clients, generating leads through cold calling, and converting leads into sponsors and exhibitors. Your role will involve lead conversation, successful closing, and maintaining monthly targets to achieve the given goals. **Key Responsibilities:** - Quick and attentive communication with clients - Generating leads through cold calling - Converting leads into sponsors and exhibitors - Lead conversation and successful closing - Maintaining monthly targets to achieve goals **Qualifications Required:** - Prior experience as a Lead Analyst in a BPO or call center environment - Experience working on US-based voice campaigns - Ability to provide examples of reports or insights leading to process improvements - Supporting operations, quality, or workforce teams with performance analytics - Availability to work night shifts from 8 PM to 6 AM IST - Location in Ahmedabad or willingness to work from the Nehrunagar office In addition to the responsibilities and qualifications, the company offers benefits such as paid sick time.
